Northvolt re-affirms Tom Johnstone as Interim Chairman of the Board, following resignation of Jim Hagemann Snabe

Nomination process to propose the next Chairman of the Board to be initiated.
Northvolt today announced the resignation of Jim Hagemann Snabe as Chairman and member of the Board of Directors — a role he has held since December 2022.
Until formal appointment of a successor, Tom Johnstone will continue to serve as Interim Chairman of the Board — a role he has held since early 2024 in support of the health recovery of Jim Hagemann Snabe.
Following Jim Hagemann Snabe's resignation, the nomination process to propose the next Chairman of the Board, for approval by shareholders' meeting, will be initiated.
